DELL Latitude CPI problem?

My cousin gave me a Dell Latitude CPI after using it for some time. I had no problem with it until one day in the middle of my work is just black. Thereafter, able to restart and after a few moments, was dark again. Now, every time you press the power button while its plugged into the charger, these things happen: 1) the headroom below the screen, one marked by a circle and a vertical panel (I), was illuminated for 3 seconds and turn them 2) After the first fire, light the other marked by a battery that Flash 3) and nothing happens after that. I also realized that Not so the rumble sound .. What can I do to get it working again? How do I remove my battery? Where is it located?

try the next step: 1. Disconnect power and remove battery. 2. Unplug all USB devices such as heart and CD / DVD ROM 3. just plug the power and authority on the follower, if your laptop is capable of tension, said some devices such as USB devices or CD / DVD ROM May short circuit caused the motherboard to trigger the downward force. if your laptop could not voltage, it is likely that plaque is not. (However, the hard drive can still use it, you can take to restore the data with Cabinet external hard drive with USB support.)
